v1.3.0 - Performance improvements


We just made what is probably a large performance update to Record Run. Originally we just wanted to get things working, so every note was placed directly on the map. This meant that we had over 300 actors being processed on any given tick, especially once the score multiplier hit 3x+ and the music notes started their little dance. We just updated the game to instead have "spawn nodes" that represent the music notes, and music notes that are coming up are added just outside of the view for the player. There's a lot less processing going on (we believe) and we expect the game to suffer less from the known issue of things getting out of sync
